Preferential treatment of Town and County representatives and prejudicial treatment of Town, County, and State Citizenry - Oath of Office Violations

As citizens and real property owners of Carthage North Carolina, we are held to standards of conduct. Code enforcement, ordinances, zoning, and other standards in reference to administration of same adherence are required of citizens. The Town’s management and oversight demands citizen compliance; however, in researching permits and requirements relative to code enforcement, laws, ordinances, zoning, etc. it is evident entities affiliated with Town Administration, Board, Commissions. Moore County Personnel, etc. feature a unique set of standards apart from citizens and adherence is altogether different when affiliations are aligned to Town Administrative Offices resulting in preferential treatment apart from every other citizen who is thereby treated prejudicially, such as:
