Canva has quietly released a new feature—and it’s a good one. You can now send beautifully designed emails directly from your own email address, turning Canva into a simple, visual-friendly email marketing tool.
I recently tested it myself, and I have to say, I really like it. The interface is familiar, the templates are gorgeous, and the whole process feels easier than using traditional email marketing platforms.
❗️A quick tip:
Always send a test email to yourself before hitting “send.” The layout can look different on a computer versus a phone, so double-check both views to make sure everything displays correctly.
❗️Also keep in mind that cursive fonts don’t work in Gmail—they’ll automatically change to a standard font—so avoid using script styles if Gmail is a big part of your audience.
And don’t forget the two details that matter most:
❇️ Your subject line — make it clear, catchy, and relevant.
❇️ Your signature — ensure it looks professional and represents your brand well.
If you want a simple way to elevate your email game without learning a complicated new tool, this Canva feature is definitely worth trying.
