If you wanna see REAL change in your life replace motivation with discipline. Motivation is the false mindset that we can muster the strength and will to do something that will benefit our life and make us better but it is a fleeting feeling that leaves us empty when we can’t find it in ourselves to do it. But discipline is consistently doing the things we know will better our lives even when we don’t feel like it. Your WHY will trump your feelings everytime.
