Woodworking started as a hobby for Preston’s Jack Lipkin, but it quickly became an opportunity to create, learn, and help others. 🪵

At Durham Bull City Woodshop, Jack has made cutting boards, a charcuterie board, and even a fountain pen for his mom’s birthday. He also volunteers, sharing his enthusiasm for woodworking and helping others discover the craft. 🔨

From learning new techniques to taking on his biggest project yet, a small patio table, Jack continues to challenge himself and see what he can create next. ✨

Step inside 405 Clearport Drive in Preston Village! 🏡

Shelly and Kevin Blackburn transformed their kitchen with a redesigned layout, beverage fridge, ice maker, second sink, white cabinetry, stainless appliances, and picture windows overlooking the backyard. The updates make entertaining between the kitchen, screened porch, and pool even easier. 🌿

And the transformation continues into the garage, where an eye-catching epoxy floor adds another polished touch to this Preston home. ✨

Knowing your skin could make an important difference in your health. ☀️

Central Dermatology Center reminds families that monthly self-exams are a great habit and shares the ABCDE rule for evaluating spots and moles: asymmetry, border, color, diameter, and evolving changes. A yearly skin check with a board-certified dermatologist can also help with early detection. 🔎

Dr. Amy Gagnon emphasizes that a history of sunburn can increase the risk of skin cancer, while early detection can make many skin cancers highly treatable. 🙌

Make knowing your skin part of your family’s wellness routine. 💙
