Sabrina Alton was watching Ramit Sethi's Netflix show when she had the "aha" moment.
"I want to help women with their money by helping them understand their psychology and money history," she realized.
Sabrina was a stay-at-home mom drawn to how psychology informs our money decisions. It wasn't something that was commonly discussed in personal finance at the time, but she saw the importance of that connection in her own life.
Fast forward to today, and Sabrina is a Financial Coach. Her area of focus is helping women build confidence in their financial decisions. And her approach is non-traditional.
She doesn't shy away from the hard, inner work.
In fact, Sabrina encourages her clients to dig deep into the thoughts, feelings, emotions, mindset, habits, and behaviors that influence their financial choices and results.
And her clients? They love how life-changing her coaching is.
"As a newly divorced 49-year-old woman living on my own for the first time, I needed to learn how to manage my finances on a lower income. Sabrina worked with me until we found a process that spoke to me and gave me the confidence to manage my finances and be in control of my spending. I am now living debt-free and have a fuller understanding of my budget and spending goals."

And that type of success is what continues to drive Sabrina.
"My coaching provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment," she said, "where you can explore your relationship with money and develop strategies for financial success."
