At Sound Post Studios we teamed up with Elevator a GoGo to produce two music videos for singer-songwriter Rin Tarsy: Harbinger and Little Things.

For this project, Sound Post Studios' Stuart Poltrock worked with Branden Garner to multitrack record the session on set at Big Event Studios. With the finished sound mixed at Sound Post Studios. The video was beautifully shot and crafted by Jesse Charles of Back Seat Cinema.

Elevator A GO GO is a new platform founded by photographer Bob Neuman and Chicago radio legend Kevin Matthews. Nearly twenty artists have already been filmed and photographed at Big Event Studio, including MoochGlobe, Third Coast Swing, and The Bootstrap Boys and more.

SEPTEMBER 2025 - At Sound Post Studios we’ve just completed production of “Wishing Tree”, a song by singer-songwriter and Lowell High School sophomore Gabe Fuss.

Gabe and his brother Andrew first visited the studio in early summer to talk about music production. We began the project with Gabe on acoustic guitar, piano, and vocals.

A few weeks later, studio friends Charles “CJ” Johnson and Michael Brown joined in to record bass and drums, bringing the song to life.
As of this writing, “Wishing Tree” has been streamed more than 2,200 times, and Gabe has over 300 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Producing music like this is part of what we love at Sound Post Studios, alongside our work with corporations, advertising, publishers, podcasts, software, audiobooks, and more.

We had the pleasure of hosting and recording voice actor Cricket Leigh—best known as Mai from the iconic series Avatar: The Last Airbender—for a new project!

Working remotely with our client’s LA production studio, we recorded Cricket for a top-secret production currently in the works.

She was an absolute joy to work with—and yes, we got her number in case you’d like her voice on your next project!

At Sound Post Studios, we had the pleasure of working with Nigerian-born Irish voice actor Ola K. Abimbola, who lent his voice for Rick Devon of Grey Matter Group. This unique, continent-spanning session saw Ola recording from his home studio in Ireland, while Rick and Sound Post’s Stuart Poltrock directed remotely via Zoom.

Rick’s company, Grey Matter Group, is producing a film for The Global Flourishing Study (GFS)—a groundbreaking, longitudinal research initiative led by scholars at the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard, Baylor's Institute for Studies of Religion, and in collaboration with Gallup and the Center for Open Science.

The GFS aims to expand our understanding of how and why many of the world’s largest nations are, or are not, flourishing.

We’re excited to announce the completion of the recording and audiobook production of Ancestral Shadows - An Anthology of Ghostly Tales by author Russell Kirk, narrated by David Schock.

This 20-hour collection of ghostly tales is a truly unique production, spanning over a year and including custom music and sound design by Sound Post’s Stuart Poltrock.

Russell Kirk (1918–1994) is best known for his 1953 book The Conservative Mind, which played a pivotal role in shaping the postwar conservative movement in the U.S.

Narrator David Schock, who studied with Russell Kirk, maintains a close connection with The Russell Kirk Center for Cultural Renewal in Kirk’s hometown of Mecosta, MI.

These prestigious awards highlight work created for clients like GM, The Gerald R. Ford International Airport, and the Templeton Religion Trust. Congratulations to our clients for their continued excellence!

Back-to-back recording sessions at Sound Post Studios featuring two iconic Batmen!

🎤 Day 1: We had the pleasure of recording Will Arnett (the voice of Lego Batman) for Taproot Pictures and client GMC. Using the industry-standard Source Connect, we connected with Will in his home studio in LA to record his voice for a commercial spot filmed by TapRoot in Michigan's stunning Upper Peninsula.

🎤 Day 2: We welcomed Joe Gaudet (voice double for Christian Bale’s Batman) for InDigital Radio production for agency client Extra Credit Projects. Joe, a master of mimicry, recorded remotely from his studio in Connecticut via Source Connect. Among his many talents and podcast hosting Joe is a voice double for Hollywood’s biggest names, from Ryan Reynolds to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael J Fox to Rami Malek. In film, a "voice double" or "soundalike" is a voice actor who mimics or imitates another actor's voice, often used in post-production to replace or supplement dialogue, especially when the original actor is unavailable or the original recording is problematic.

At Sound Post Studios, we’re proud to announce the completion of The Concise Bible in Portuguese, produced for Initiative.Global in partnership with our client, Grey Matter Group. Narrated by the talented Johnny Marcus, this marks the third language we’ve produced for this globally-available, six-hour audio Bible, following English and Castilian Spanish.

The mission of Initiative.Global is to support the completion of the Great Commission by fostering scripture engagement across all languages and people groups. We are honored and deeply grateful to contribute to this important and meaningful work.
