A couple of weeks ago I had bought a shirt at a boutique and they gave you these nice craft bags with handles. So I painted it up for my granddaughter Tayleigh.

Now I know it’s not going to hand though as much candy as what she will want, but it’s still cute

Pondering question of the night… I couldn’t see far away and apparently I should have never been allowed to drive at night and didn’t need to have 100 watt lightbulbs in every room of the house. So problem fixed. Throw the glasses and contacts away

New problem. I can’t see you close sou have to go but readers and asi lady here trying to read my phone it’sa whole new problem. Asi goesi will have to go find the perfect readers. And of course now i see cobwebs and dust. I just assumed my house was special becausei never had to dust.

So which problem was solved today. By the way if there is misspelled words or this doesn’t make sense it’s okayi can’t see AnywY :)

On August 8th I set a goal to commit to be more consistent in my businesses. Everything was going great, I was making money with not much effort but decided to change it up and I added new members to my painting group to reach 200.

There are still about 20 who have not joined the group, so please reach out to me so we can get you in and get you painting.

We meet three times a week. Once for a business/motivation/Q&A; and then twice for projects. We have a great community. Its just $10 for your first month and $39 thereafter until cancelled.

If you are a beginner you will be in the spot to learn and grow your painting skills. Painting isn't about being an artist its about learning the brushstrokes. It's a skill you practice and learn. Whether you want to paint as a hobby or to make a profit, we got you.

Our Story

Hi. My name is Teri Burton owner of The Robin's Nest. Painting has been my full time job for the past 19 years. My husband and I travel to various craft shows selling our handmade, handpainted items. I am currently teaching my painting techniques to local residents in the hopes of inspiring others to touch upon their creative side. If you are wanting to host a party message me. People love paint parties especially when they can paint a wood piece. When I teach I want your project to be amazing to you and I will help you along the way. I am starting a new venture doing lives on Facebook in order to show others who aren’t in the area to enhance or start their own painting projects. I will also be offering my painted items for sale as I make them and will be setting up a website soon. I currently have a booth in Casey, Illinois, at Dollars & Sense and participate in craft shows throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri. My mission is to decorate your home with original artwork and signs that you will love to display.
