If anyone wants to know, I made it out of surgery successfully. I am now home getting ready to move to a new place on May 1st so my recovery is “stretched”. Fortunately, there isn’t very much to move. I think “fortunately” is the correct word but… Anyways, I hope to have new edition of “1000 Saturdays” published by May 12th and then continue regular weekly editions going forward. Reports are that only microscopic cancer cells probably remain so of course (ugh!) radiation and chemotherapy treatments will be “required”. Otherwise, so far, so good. It will be nice to get back to what counts as “normal”!

As with other social media platforms, I will be stepping away from here on X as I require major surgery that will lay me out for several months. Just when I felt I was gaining traction I have to step away for 4-6 months. I hope to see all of you when I get back! Peace!

Lost a follower here this week. Not sure why but it's probably lack of continuous update & content. It's tough to update 5 to 10 social media accounts every day, sometimes several times a day just to keep people interested. I didn't have that much contact when I was working full time before retirement!!!
