**Terms and Conditions for Partnership with 360MA**

- We are looking for partners who have a page with at least 10,000 followers, setup or approved pages and are willing to share their page with the company for monetization purposes.

- The partner will grant the company full access to their page, including posting, editing, deleting, and managing content, as well as accessing insights and analytics.

- The company will use the partner's page to post relevant and engaging content (Paid Contents) that will generate revenue from Facebook's in-stream ads program.

- We will share 35% of the monthly earnings from the page with the partner.

- We will pay the partner through a bank transfer or any other agreed method within 15 days of receiving the payment from Facebook.

- The partner will not interfere with the company's operations on the page, such as changing the page name, settings, or password, or posting any content that violates Facebook's policies or community standards.

- The partner will not disclose any confidential information about the company or the partnership to any third party without the company's prior written consent.

- We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the partner's page due to Facebook's actions, such as demonetization while applying the Bank or contents, suspension, or deletion of the page. The partner acknowledges that Facebook has sole discretion over its platform and its policies.

- The partnership will be effective from the date of signing this agreement and will continue until terminated by either party with a 30-day notice.
