Ice House Rentals:
No road pass fee for sleeper rentals
We have (12) 4-person sleeper houses (18’x8’)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekday) $275 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekend) $325 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental $1450/ week

We have (1) 8-person sleeper house (24’x10’)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekday) $400 a night (6 people)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekend) $450 a night (6 people)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental $2100/ week (6 people)
$25 more per person, per night, up to 8 people

Pets are welcome. There is a $30-a-night fee.
Buddy House (a friend that had their own house & wants to be near the rentals) $40 + daily road pass
Check-in is 2:00 pm-4:00 pm, notification if after 4:00 pm, & Check out is 9:00 am
A 50% deposit is due to hold your reservations on all Ice house rentals

The Leech Lake Tribal Authority (LLTA) is the governing and administrative body for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. It was destroyed by fire overnight, on Monday, September 1, 2025 (Labor Day). The blaze occurred at 611 Elm Ave NW and left the facility a total loss, though thankfully no injuries were reported.
