We sat down with the incredibly talented Richard P*s, also known as Ricky G who is a true creative force. Ricky gets incredibly candid about the health issues he's faced and how cannabis has been a powerful tool. He also shares a personal secret he swears by: A Parasite Cleanse

👉Basic Wormwood Parasite Cleanse Protocol

Ingredients:
•Wormwood extract or dried herb (capsule or tincture form)
•Optional: Clove and Black Walnut Hull (used together for full parasite life cycle coverage)

Example 2-Week Cleanse Schedule:

Week 1: Take wormwood once a day (preferably in the morning on an empty stomach). Follow the bottle’s instructions carefully—typically 200–300 mg of wormwood extract or 10–20 drops of tincture. Drink lots of water and eat fiber-rich foods to support elimination.

Week 2: Increase to twice daily (morning and evening). Continue drinking plenty of water and add clove or black walnut (optional) for a deeper cleanse.

Supportive Practices During a Cleanse:
•Diet: Avoid sugar, refined carbs, and alcohol (parasites feed on these).
•Hydration: Drink 8–10 glasses of water daily.
•Liver Support: Add milk thistle, lemon water, or dandelion root tea to help your liver detoxify.
•Probiotics: Rebuild gut flora after your cleanse with foods like sauerkraut and kefir, or a quality supplement.

After the Cleanse:
•Take a 2-week break. If needed, repeat for another 2 weeks.
•Reintroduce probiotics and maintain a clean diet.
