4:30 PM Guest Arrival, Wedding Party hides, DJ Mics up Groom + Officiant, Best Man has vows + rings, MOH checks for bouquets + veil
5:00 PM Ceremony Start
5:30 PM Cocktail Hour, Family Portraits, Marriage License, Bustle Dress
6:30 PM Invite Guests to Dinner
6:45 PM Grand Entrance, First Dance, Welcome Speech, Blessing
7:00 PM Dinner Service Starts, Sunset Photos
8:00 PM Toasts, Cake Cutting, Parent Dances

Additional Tips:
1. Your ceremony start time might differ, just shift the whole schedule to match.
2. If you’re not doing a first look, consider adding 15-30 minutes to cocktail hour.

Planning your dream wedding should be fun not stressful.

Your wedding DJ is the single most important vendor if your highest priority is showing your loved ones a good time.

Here are 10 red flags to watch out for before you book your wedding entertainment.

1️⃣ No Contract. If they are not willing to provide a clear professional document outlining costs and services walk away immediately. Protect your investment.

2️⃣ No Backup Plan. Ask what happens if their equipment fails or they get sick. If they cannot guarantee a confident solution your whole wedding day is at risk.

3️⃣ Don't Get to Meet Your DJ. You should always meet the specific wedding DJ who will be working your event to ensure no bad vibes on wedding day.

4️⃣ Don't Plan Directly with Your DJ. Planning through a third party means details get lost. You deserve direct access to the person managing your seamless timeline.

5️⃣ Price Is Too Good To Be True. Extremely low prices usually mean they are cutting corners. Pro DJs invest in top tier equipment and spend 20+ hours dialing in your wedding. You get what you pay for.

6️⃣ Talk Equipment, Not Experience. A professional discusses how they will create your perfect moment not the technical specs of their gear. Focus on your experience.

❌This isn't another bouquet dedication ❌

We've seen plenty of those and LOVE when BRIDES choose to honor their MOM who are oftentimes the unsung hero's of the wedding.

Instead, this bride wanted to share a dance with mom, but also include her future husband in the mix.
..but wait, THERE'S MORE!!!

It wasn't until the day of the wedding that we found out the bride made a very special bouquet for her mom. It was beautiful and rivaled most bridal bouquets.

Her plan was to hand it to mom after the dance.
