💪🚂 MT4L EXPRESS FITNESS STOP — NASHVILLE, TN 🚂💪

One of my favorite parts of this road trip isn’t the places we’re visiting…

It’s the time we’re spending together. ❤️

Today Wesley and I spent 30 minutes in the fitness center getting some exercise, sharing laughs, and encouraging each other along the way.

Sometimes the most important investment we can make isn’t money—it’s time.

Thirty minutes may not seem like much, but those 30 minutes helped us build stronger bodies, stronger habits, and stronger memories.

As we continue our MT4L Express Road Trip Adventure, we’re learning that every stop has an opportunity:
✅ Learn something new
✅ Move your body
✅ Make a memory
✅ Enjoy the journey

Watching Wesley challenge himself reminds me that healthy habits start young and that being present matters more than being perfect.

The miles will eventually be forgotten, but these moments together will last forever.

Hop on track because you can’t go back. 🚂
