2025 taught me that healing is real… and so is purpose.
This year I didn’t just “get through” life — I started building what I’m called to build.

✨ Wins I’m proud of:
• I recommitted to my health and felt real change in my energy, digestion, and consistency
• I kept showing up for my mission: faith, wellness, legacy, and helping others transition with peace
• I expanded MT4L Express and kept creating content that’s bigger than me
• I took steps toward structuring my programs, my message, and my future impact

🛤️ What I learned:
• Discipline beats motivation
• My story is not too much — it’s the map
• I don’t have to be “ready” to be obedient
