Birthday vibes hit different at Hub Sakaki 🎤✨

Threw it back to the 2000s at this Catonsville gem and honestly? The energy was unmatched. We’re talking full nostalgia mode—low-rise jeans energy, flip phone era anthems, the works.

There’s something about grabbing the mic with your favorite people, belting out “He Wasn’t Man Enough,” absolutely destroying “Set It Off,” and having a full-blown moment with “Crazy in Love” that just hits different. The private rooms kept our chaotic renditions contained. The drink menu kept the vibes going, and the song selection was a 2000s lover’s dream.

Already planning my return because one night of main character energy wasn’t enough. Who’s ready to sing the night away with me next time? 🎶

Hub Sakai, I’ll be back. My vocal cords might not be ready, but my soul definitely is.

Comfort that moves with me 🎾☕️

These pieces have become my go-to for literally everything lately. The Hybridizer Breathe keeps up whether I’m on the court, grabbing coffee downtown, or meeting friends at the farmers market. What I love most? That clean, sporty look that doesn’t sacrifice comfort—the breathability is unreal.
The Natural Rhythm crew has this incredibly soft hand feel (Modal and H**p blend) that makes it perfect for both active days and slow mornings. Plus, natural odor-reducing properties mean I can go from workout to errands without a second thought.
It’s rare to find pieces that genuinely perform across every part of your day, but this combination just works. Available now on prana.com

Tried Amoora for Baltimore Restaurant Week—still pretty new to Mediterranean food, so wanted to give it a shot. Started with the lentil soup, then had the samke harra and fasolia batenjan for our entrees. Honestly? Wasn’t as fulfilling as we’d hoped. If I went back, I’d probably try the Damascus grill plate instead of the fasolia. The madlouka didn’t really taste like much, though the raspberry sorbet was solid—I’d definitely stick with that one. Still exploring what works for us in Mediterranean cuisine, but this one didn’t quite hit the mark.

Late post:
Let me tell you about my Bunny’s Buckets and Bubbles experience 👀 The chicken? Decent, not spectacular. The greens could’ve used a little more flavor though, felt like they were playing it too safe. Now here’s the plot twist: those biscuits with honey butter? STOP EVERYTHING. They’re the actual stars of the show and honestly steal the spotlight from everything else on the plate. 🐰🍗🧈
