We LOVE working with rural communities because of the people! Nowhere else is there a greater opportunity to make an impact and to have that impact felt than in a small rural community.

In our opinion, human capital is the most valuable asset rural places have. When community members invest their time, knowledge, experience, and resources, they create the foundation for a thriving, resilient future!

Huge shoutout, and THANK YOU to the family foundation for all they do to support our rural communities!

10 Years of Eberle Studios | Year 5 - 2019

By 2019, we had reached a turning point.
What began as Cole W Eberle Photography, grew into something more. That year, we officially rebranded to Eberle Studios, a name that reflected not only the work we were doing, but the direction we were headed.
We were still taking portraits, but our creative work had expanded- dramatically. From promotional videos and commercial photography to graphic and web design, we found ourselves partnering more and more with rural businesses, communities, and organizations to help them share their stories and sharpen their presence.

The rebrand was about honoring where we started and giving space for where we were going.

We launched the rebrand, a new website and 2 of our most recent video projects at a 2019 Chamber Coffee. Cole still had hair, Evie (our youngest) was just a bump in the oven, and we were stepping into the next season of business with a fresh identity and a whole lot of gratitude.

Looking back, Year 5 marked a powerful transformation—one that shaped how we serve today, and who we serve it for.

10 Years of Eberle Studios | Year 4 — 2018

In 2018, we launched our very first Senior Model Program—5 girls, 1 location, full glam, accessories, and even a VIP in-studio gallery reveal. It was a blast from beginning to end and one of the most fun projects we’ve ever taken on.

Senior portraits have always been one of our favorite parts of portrait photography. It’s such a joyful, transformative time—and we’ve loved getting to know students and then seeing them, years later, out in the community all grown up and adulting like pros.

It’s been a special way to stay connected to the families in our communities.

And while senior sessions have been a service we always imagined we’d offer forever, the truth is… every year we take on fewer and fewer. Our business has shifted in new directions, but we’ll always look back on these sessions with a whole lot of pride (and maybe a little misty-eyed nostalgia, too).

10 Years of Eberle Studios | Year 3

Back in 2017, we officially became the photographers for USD 273 Beloit and St. John’s Catholic School—and suddenly, school picture day became a whole family affair.
One of the perks? Knowing exactly when those photo envelopes would show up in backpacks. 😉

And yes… our kids really do get cuter every year. 😍

Since then, we’ve added five more school districts to the mix and built some pretty special connections with students, staff, and communities along the way.

Here’s to cheesy grins, collared shirts, and school picture magic.
