Like pages bound together, our work is built on collaboration.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the stories we’ve had the honor to tell and for the incredible partners who’ve helped bring them to life. We’re especially thankful for the new partnerships formed this year, and for the shared trust and momentum that come with starting something together. The chapters ahead are already taking shape, and we can’t wait for what we’ll create next side by side.

From the gatherings we’ve had the joy of helping to shape to the moments of connection that follow, each has reminded us of the power of coming together.

As you gather with friends and family this holiday, we hope your table is filled with laughter, gratitude, and stories worth retelling.

𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. They spark possibility, open new doors, and invite us into chapters we haven’t yet imagined. There’s something inspiring about standing at the start of a journey, knowing that the work ahead has the potential to shape something meaningful.

Last week, we returned to familiar ground in Columbia, Missouri, and this time we opened a new chapter working with Stephens College. Our team visited campus and met with the Advancement team, who we’ll be partnering with to create a milestone moment for the college. We truly enjoyed reconnecting with old friends, getting to know new ones, hearing their vision, and taking the first steps in what we know will be a powerful collaboration.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this next chapter and we have a feeling the stars will align for something truly special.

Before the holiday hustle kicks in, our mighty crew hit pause for The ARC Collaborative’s first-ever Sip & Share potluck. Think good food, better company, and plenty of laughs.

Since The ARC Collaborative took flight back in February, we’ve been on quite the ride, growing, creating, and collaborating in ways that continue to amaze us. This evening was all about raising a glass to the incredible people who make it happen and to the spARC that keeps our work and our spirits soaring.

Want more wow for your event budget? Think like a savvy homebuyer.

Don’t just ask, “Will this venue fit my guest list?”
Strategic event producers ask, “Will this venue fit my vision?”

Venues with built-in rigging, a robust sound system, and plenty of power are like move-in-ready homes, allowing you to channel your budget into the jaw-dropping features that guests actually notice: LED walls, video mapping, immersive staging, and upscale seating that facilitates conversations.

Sometimes, as with home-buying, the venue itself is nonnegotiable. It holds a special meaning, or it’s simply the place. That’s okay! Just expect a bigger budget line for infrastructure and cosmetics. Homes with character (and basketball courts!) often need a little extra love. Think: flooring protection, added power, or aesthetic upgrades.

And if you’re hosting under a tent? Magical, yes—but don’t forget your “insurance policy” for weather contingencies and back-up plans. Just like any well-built home, your tented venue needs thoughtful HVAC consideration to keep things cool or cozy.
