After years of struggling with insulin resistance, tests, blood work, and trying to understand her body, she says changing the flour she used became an unexpected part of her personal journey. ✨

A Chicago food adventure led them to Au Cheval, where the burgers come with rules—no ketchup, no unnecessary changes, and apparently, adding bacon and a fried egg is the way to get the full experience. 🍳🥓
