Okay, I’ll admit it… going to new social/business gatherings usually makes me anxious 😅

But I went to the Sister Circle Coffee & Connection meeting today and actually had a really good time. Everyone was super welcoming and the conversation was genuinely interesting.

Today’s topic was “Selling to Your Human Design,” and apparently I’m a Generator ✨ It was fun learning something new about myself while also hearing about the other ladies’ types and experiences too.

Honestly really glad I pushed myself to go. Sometimes getting out of your comfort zone surprises you in the best way. ☕💜

✨ AI, but make it practical ✨

Today I got to host an AI chat and show how I’ve been using these tools in real workflows - not just the “cool demo” stuff.

And honestly? The biggest win hasn’t been anything flashy.

It’s this:
👉 Taking something repetitive and turning it into a one-click process.

For example:
I used to manually run queries, move data into Excel, and format everything every single time I built reports 😅

Now?
One click.
Done.

Same result. WAY less chaos.

I also showed how I’ve been building simple AI assistants (inside Copilot) to:
💻 Pull information faster
📝 Turn notes into action items
🧠 Reduce mental overload

Nothing crazy. Just smarter systems.

In reality, the highest ROI automations are way simpler.

Right now we’re building a leasing workflow for a property management company. Here’s the problem:

👉 Every Zillow lead comes in via email
👉 Someone has to open it, copy the name + email
👉 Rewrite the same response over and over
👉 Sometimes leads get missed or delayed

Nothing fancy. Just repetitive operational work.

So Phase 1 isn’t “AI magic.” It’s this:

✔ Detect Zillow lead emails
✔ Extract name, email, phone
✔ Log every lead in a Google Sheet
✔ Create a pre-written response draft
✔ Let a human review before sending
✔ Flag anything missing for manual follow-up

Okay, I’ve been going down a rabbit hole on something and I need real input from business owners 👀
