CCD Magazine Legacy Partner Pride | A Brinkman Construction Progress Report.

Construction is moving forward across Oaks Ridge at 64th, with the community continuing to come together in Denver.
Exterior work has advanced significantly across the four residential buildings, with siding, balconies, windows, and roofing largely in place. Work is also progressing around the site and at the central clubhouse as the team moves into later stages of construction.

Once complete, Oaks Ridge at 64th will include 168 multifamily homes across four buildings and a clubhouse. We’re proud to partner with Inner Circle Capital and Brown Collective Architecture + Design on this new Denver community!

The Summit, a new multifamily development in Avon, Colorado, is expected to be completed in 2029.

Grand Peaks, a Denver-based multifamily real estate development and investment firm, in partnership with Silverton Holdings, LLC, has commenced construction on The Summit, a 164-unit multifamily development in the heart of downtown Avon, Colorado.

Construction financing for the project was provided by Civitas Capital Group.
