Christmas Eve 2024, my father passed away.

While I have not even begun to process life without him, the 1 Big Takeaway is you only live once.

So this weekend at 46, I went to First Eagles Game at the Linc.

My dad would take us to Veteran Stadium for Phillies and Eagles.

Message to Realtors, Loan Officers and Real Estate Investors:

The last few months have been amazing and 2025 is looking to be even stronger for all of us.

Last week my wife delivered a beautiful baby girl 3 days after another awesome decision was made.

Last Tuesday, I finalized a partnership agreement with Investment Title to provide much needed support on both the front and back end of the title process.

This will allow me to focus on being in the closing room without distraction and allow more time to brainstorm building all our businesses.

Our team is growing from Amanda, Matt, and I to a support staff over 15 strong and growing.

They are following my lead and will not be charging your clients any differently even though the size of the company has grown.

In January 2025, we should schedule a Team Lunch or Dinner, whichever works best for you all, my treat lol.
