I am a Realtor on Cape Cod specializing in Luxury, Waterfront & Beach Homes for sale. My focus is in assisting people who want to purchase or sell a vacation home on the Cape. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of growing up on the Cape... so I know it very well. The beaches are amazing, with over 100 beaches to choose from, along with the 15 towns that comprise Cape Cod, offering much versatility in

deciding where to reside. The ocean waters are very different depending on which town you are in or “what side of the Cape” - North or South. For example, the North side of the Cape is where the famous Route 6A (Old Kings Highway) runs from the Sagamore Bridge to the lower part of the Cape. This is the what we refer to as the “bay side". Then there is the South side of the Cape where Route 28 crosses towns working its way from the bridges through the towns into the lower cape. This is what we refer to as the South side of the Cape, the “ocean side". One side can be more appealing depending on what your interests are and what you enjoy about the ocean. Whether you are a boater or more of a beach goer can be an indicator of the side of the Cape that might be more suitable. This is one of the areas where my expertise can be very helpful to my clients. I like to get to know what my client's goals are as it pertains to real estate on the Cape, as it better helps me to assist a client in obtaining those goals. I feel it is important to be there for my clients through the whole process, which includes the beginning stage (the "thinking about” stage) and long after their purchase or sale. It is a process which can move faster for some and slower for others, but to me it is about what is best for my client. I always say, “I am not going anywhere so whenever you're ready.” I am very grateful for my clientele as I have had the opportunity to work with amazing, successful, interesting, nice people for which I feel fortunate for everyday!
