Your latest C1st Race to 1st Standings are OUT! Knoxville is leading the conference 80.5, just above Albia in 2nd at 75.5 and Chariton at 3rd with 71.5. In the hunt in 4th is Centerville with 54 and Davis County in 5th with 46.5. EBF sits at 6th with 35.5, Clarke in 7th with 31.5 and Cardinal in 8th with 9 points.
These points are scored throughout the entire season and there are still a TON of points on the line with the 2nd half of the basketball season, conference wrestling, post season for winter sports and then the conference meets in the spring and the baseball and softball seasons this summer. Anything can happen in a short time!

Following his 17:36 performance at today's 2A State Championships, we caught up with Albia XC and Track & Field junior Ben Wilson to recap his first experience running in Fort Dodge! Excited to see him chase another bid to State next year for Albia Community Schools!

Wanted to post this earlier, but have been battling poor cell service, so apologies for the delay! Following back-to-back 5th place finishes the past two years, Chariton Boys Cross Country leaves NO DOUBT about who's #1 in Class 2A smoking the field with a team score of 42!!

Albia XC and Track & Field senior McKenna Montgomery becomes the first in *Girls* program history to win a State Championship with her time of 18:20 today, 5th-fast all time! She, along with her sister, Mady, join us to recap an incredible morning and season.
