The Center Point Planning and Zoning Commission will review it on Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 200 Franklin St., Center Point. Linn County’s Planning and Zoning Commission will consider it on Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. at the Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center, 935 Second St. SW, Cedar Rapids.
