Former high school heartthrob and star linebacker, Dwayne’s glory days may be behind him, but his confidence (and hair gel) remain fully intact. Now a divorced father of three, he’s “just looking for something casual” — mostly because his lawyer said it’s safer that way.

When he’s not running his convenience stores or collecting rent from his questionably-run apartment complex, you can find him shouting at the TV during NASCAR or betting what’s left after child support on the horse races.

Dwayne ends most nights in his garage with a six-pack and instrumental electric guitar blaring through his speakers.
The IRS may be on his tail, but so are the ladies (and his ex-wife’s lawyer).

Once a promising starter for the junior varsity Tigers, Marty’s basketball career was tragically cut short by a devastating toe injury — a wound both physical and emotional. These days, he channels that same competitive spirit into telemarketing, where his jump shot has been replaced by cold calls and hang-ups.

When the day’s hustle is done, you’ll find Marty bowling or blowing his trumpet to unwind — a smooth jazz serenade to his mom, who insists he’s “just too good to settle.”

Marty also has a “unique” reputation at weddings and work functions. He’s entered every impromptu worm competition for the last decade and somehow always takes home the trophy — mostly because no one else competes.

A frequent flyer at the local gentlemen’s club, Marty claims he goes “for the wings,” but the staff all know him by name.

Sometimes chicks hatch with difficulty. It can be a result of a disability or vice versa. For this one, she spent far too long in her egg and could not hatch without intervention. She hatch with her legs stuck behind her and could walk. For a few days she was placed in a little cup within the incubator to get her legs to position properly. She was hand fed often and taken out for little stretches. Once her legs had healed her toes were turned in and curled under, which is where the shoes come in. The shoes are temporary! They may have to be changed out as the chick grows (which is fast!) but after a few weeks they are unnecessary as the toes grow correctly. With lots of vitamins and care she has healed and is with her siblings in the brooder.🐥🐥🐥

NPIP/ AI Clean

2 groups of Americana chicks ready for new homes:
*Straight-run*

•Coop-Ready: most are white. Some have more of the classic Ameraucana features while others have additional toes, feathered shanks, and walnut combs. All will be blue layers.

•4 Weeks Old: a mix of brown, black, and white. Some of these babies have Silked feathering. All are from the same parents as the older group, so they will also be blue-layers or carriers for breeding, as well as the same traits as the older group.

They are 2 for $5.

NPIP/ AI Clean

These chicks are the result of a breeding project. They are F2s from a Silked Americana and true Ameraucana. Some will have silkie features like their combs, extra toes, and Silked feathering. They vary in color due to the rooster being recessive white.

All are straight-run (unsexed)

Two age groups available:

About coop ready- they are fully feathered and off heat, but still kept indoors in an unheated room. Most are white and one brown-colored chick.

4 week olds- still under heat. They have feathers just on their wings. Colors range from white to black. A few of these have Silked feathering.

Two for $5. Must take at least two.
