🚨 LOCAL HERO FACING TERMINATION — FOR TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT 🚨

Artesia residents — this matters.

For over 10 years, Code Enforcement Officer Sam Choi has done something rare in government:
👉 He treated people like human beings.

Instead of immediately issuing fines, Sam practiced “voluntary compliance” — giving residents and small businesses a chance to fix issues without being hit with citations, court dates, and penalties.

And it worked.

✔️ High case closure rate
✔️ Strong community relationships
✔️ A reputation for fairness
