If you would’ve told me back in college that we would have these two boys I’m not sure if I could’ve imagined how wonderful they are. What a whirlwind since last Mother’s Day...welcoming Felix, seeing you perfectly be a Mother to him, the way he responds to you like no one else. The word “amazing” gets so overused these days but with you there is no other word that will do. You’ve amazed me since we first started falling in love. The more I knew you the more I was amazed. From the way you see the world and other people - the way you see me. The way you immerse yourself in a problem and overcome it. It’s amazing. The way you love me perfectly - especially when it’s hard. You’re amazing. Your heart. The heart that mothers our sons in ways only you can.
