In Thursday’s High School Confidential powered by Danville Area Community College, our crew of 43 student reporters produces an eight-page section stuffed with good news:

— G-RF and GCMS volleyball teams sported pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month;
— Rantoul’s celebrated at its National Honor Society induction ceremony.
– Bement celebrated its homecoming court;
— St. Thomas More’s seniors painted their own parking spaces.
— Students, teachers and community members gathered for BHRA’s ‘See You At The Pole’ event;
— Centennial celebrated the return of its homecoming parade;
— “There’s No Place Like Homecoming” brought out the best in Danville;
— Longtime Spanish teacher Sandy Henley was grand marshal at Iroquois West’s homecoming parade;
— Leroy honored its Outstanding Good Citizens;
— St. Joseph-Ogden’s student section has never looked better - or bigger.
— Milford’s FFA students hosted their annual hog roast.
— Monticello high schoolers rolled out the red carpet for younger students with “Rock Your School.”
— Salt Fork’s vibrant FFA chapter turned more heads.
— Shiloh students went to Hume and Broadlands to for community service projects;
— Urbana’s cross-country team was at its bonding best at its annual camping trip.
