Our next release is coming soon. We are excited to announce we will be releasing a 5 song EP titled Mechanical Bull from artist Sam Woodring. Sam has previously released music under the name Mister Goblin as a full band, but this new release is a striped down collection of acoustic songs that highlight his great songwriting.

I first saw Sam perform at Lincoln Hall in Chicago opening for the band Pile and became an instant fan. It’s a pleasure to add him to the Pretzle roster.

Do you want to help us promote our artists and also help out with fun random record label tasks behind the scenes? We are currently looking for someone who can create short form video (CapCut or other editing expertise is good!) for our content calendar to support our team. Ideally this person would also have transportation to run errands around the central Illinois area. For example, maintaining our in store kiosks and doing shipping tasks. Hours are flexible and we can work with any schedule or availability. Sadly unpaid (we don’t make any money yet - most of it goes to our artists!) but there are perks! If you already submitted in our last call for interns, no need to submit again, we will be reviewing those for this role, but wanted to open it up to anyone else who is interested.
