From author Jake Hickenbottom
I’m excited to finally share something I’ve been working on for a while.
My new book, Following Jesus with ADHD, releases early next year.
This book is the practical next step after Living for Jesus with ADHD. While my first book focused on identity and belonging, this one is about what it actually looks like to live from that place in real adult life — especially when your emotions feel big, your thoughts won’t slow down, and you want to love your family and show up well, but ADHD keeps getting in the way.
It’s about learning to partner with the Holy Spirit in the middle of everyday life — in your marriage, with your kids, at work, and in the moments when you feel like you’re failing. Not by trying harder, but by learning how to lean on the Helper Jesus promised us.
If you’ve ever felt like your ADHD makes it harder to live the way you want to — or if you’ve read my first book and have been asking, “Okay, but what do I do now?” — this book is for you.
I’ll be sharing more in the coming months, including behind-the-scenes updates and early ways to get involved.
If this is something you’re interested in, I’d love for you to follow along. Just drop a “❤️” or comment “I’m in” below so I know you’re following the journey.
Thank you for walking with me. I’m really looking forward to sharing this with you.
