We often focus too much on trying to balance work, play, and/or family, relationships, love, etc, that we neglect to factor in the time needed for our own mind and body.

I personally struggle with getting enough sleep. Especially as I get older, my responsibilities increase, and I travel more frequently – finding the time (and ability) to just rest has become a challenge.

So now I'm making a conscious effort to keep it a priority in my life. I find that when I'm able to get into a consistent routine, every other aspect of my life is enhanced... and I'm also MUCH less irritable 😉
