💠 UNC Gymnastics came in second at their quad meet with a team score of 196.675, setting a program record for season-openers on the road
💠 UNC Basketball defeated Wake Forest 87-84
💠 UNC Swimming & Diving swept Boston College and UNCW
💠 UNC Women's Tennis beat Campbell 7-0
💠 Carolina Fencing Dagny Johnson brought home the silver medal in sabre at the Junior Olympics

Our last cookbook series stop for the 2025 Carolina Football season is: 🌽🍤 Rick Shah's 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐢𝐥!

The Shahs are part of the Old Well Social Partners tailgate – with a killer location, a big group of friends, and plenty of neighboring tailgates they've become close with along the way. Their Lowcountry Boil has become an annual tradition 🩵
