MORE TO COME...!!!!!

I got to share the story of how I got involved with EMHE with a co-worker last night over dinner. Boy did that open a flood of memories..!!! When I woke up at 4:00 this morning in Seattle (my internal clock is still on Eastern time) I decided to take a stroll down memory lane via the photos I've posted here. When I got to the end I realized I have only posted a relatively small sampling of the 10s of thousands of photographs I shot while on EMHE projects, and primarily from only two of the projects.

So, over the next few months I'll be going back through my archives and posting lots and lots of new photos to this page. I hope you all enjoy them as they are posted and that they bring back some wonderful memories for those who were involved.

Today has been a "walk down memory lane" of sorts for me. I'm in Raleigh NC which also happens to be the location of my very first EMHE project (the Riggins home which is pictured here as it looks today). In addition to visiting the Riggins house (and Hope school which was also a part of the project), I had dinner at the restaurant I was at when Harry Dill called me and asked if I would photograph the season finale in New Orleans later that same season. It's also the restaurant where I called my buddy César Palacio to see if he wanted to help. As seen in the photograph with the cast in New Orleans, both César and I said yes!

Good times...!!!!!!
