🍕✨ Delicious Homemade Breakfast Pizza ✨🍳🥓

One of our favorite hearty breakfast recipes here at home! Fluffy scrambled eggs, creamy homemade sausage gravy, crispy bacon, melted Colby jack cheese, all baked on a buttery crescent roll crust… absolutely delicious! 😍

Perfect for weekend breakfasts, brunch with family, holiday mornings, or anytime you want a comforting homemade meal everyone will love. 💜

Delicious Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

- (2) 12 ounce cans Pillsbury Buttery Crescent Rolls
- 8 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup milk (or 1/3 cup of Mayonnaise)
- 2 Tablespoons salted butter or bacon grease
- Kristi's Sausage Gravy (see previous recipe)
- 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
- ½ cup chopped bacon (I use a food processor)

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 375⁰F degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with foil.

2) Spread both 12oz crescent rolls into the pan. Stretch it out to all the edges.

3) Bake the crust for 7-8 minutes on a middle rack. It should just start to be getting very light brown in color.

4) While crust is baking, start making the scrambled eggs. In a medium-sized bowl, add 8 large eggs, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and ⅓ cup milk or mayonnaise. Whisk eggs really well for at least 2 minutes to combine.

5) Preheat a pan on low to medium heat. Add 2 Tablespoons salted butter or bacon grease. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Gently scramble the eggs. The key to good scrambled eggs is to not cook them too fast or else they get rubbery. So just slowly move the eggs around until softly scrambled and fluffy. Turn off heat

6) When crust is ready, remove it from the oven. Spread Kristi's Sausage Gravy evenly over the crust.

7) Top the sausage gravy with scrambled eggs. Then top the eggs with 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese. Finally, sprinkle ½ cup bacon pieces evenly over the cheese

8) Place baking pan back into the oven (middle rack) and cook at 375⁰F degrees for another 10-12 minutes until everything is warmed through and cheese is melted.

Slice into 12 slices. Then serve while warm.



This recipe makes 12 slices and disappears FAST in our house! 😋

Hope everyone is having a blessed and beautiful start to their day! What are your plans for today? 😊

I’m making breakfast pizza this morning 🍕☕ and then it’s going to be a busy day around here. We have a couple of cars to work on, some property maintenance to tackle, and of course a sprinkle of household chores mixed in too. 🚗🔧🏡 Busy days can be exhausting, but there’s something rewarding about getting things done and spending time together.

Wishing each and every one of you a peaceful Sunday filled with love, laughter, sunshine, and many blessings. Thank you all for always being such a wonderful and supportive community! 💜🙏🌻

What is this "spare time" thing people keep talking about?

I keep hearing people say things like, "In my spare time, I..." and honestly, I'm starting to think it's a mythical creature. Like Bigfoot. Or a clean laundry basket that stays empty.

Between work, contant creating, errands, appointments, cooking, dishes, laundry, gardening, cars, cleaning and trying to remember why I walked into a room, I haven't seen "spare time" in years.

If anyone spots some wandering around unsupervised, please return it to me immediately. I believe it's been missing since about 2007.

I'm a multi tasker, I work, listen, ignore and forget all at the same time 😂
