We are looking for a podcast producer, content creator, media manager, & trusted, hardworking team member!

My name is Sean Lowery, I'm a Charleston based Entrepreneur who just purchased a very large warehouse building. I am using this to run my apparel business .

I have a section of the building put aside to build up a podcast studio, and I want to create a great environment where potentially podcast guests will come for in person podcasts.

I need somebody who is motivated, hungry, talented & with a good artistic eye. I'm looking for somebody to be the heart of the operation behind the scenes. Somebody who understands the social media trends, and interesting topics going on in in the world.

Between my podcast, The Sean Lowery Show (Entrepreneur Based), and my partners podcast, The Doc May Diet Podcast (Health Based)- we have created a bigger branch we want to grow into a media company.

This is ! We would love to grow the capacity to have a team of podcasters & personalities. This will be a content business, that will eventually generate revenue from advertising, paid promotions, etc.

If you're the right person, this is a dream job. But I need to find the right person will strategize with me, get the daily content completed, and think long term.

Responsibilities:

•Produce 2 Weekly Podcasts

1) The Sean Lowery Show (In person)

2) The Doc May Diet Podcast

• Produce Weekly Instagram/Tik Tok/Reelz/Youtube Content.

• Reach out to guests for the podcasts.

• Create Clips & Highlight Reels from Weekly Podcasts.

• Set up audio, video and all technical logistics of podcast. Looking to build a brand new set at new building just moved into.

• Create content and manage website for Allow Media.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person! My e-commerce business, United Monograms, has been a big success, and I am interested in taking the resources and building this other wing of the business into a content creation/media company with multiple personalities and shows.

I've had over 110 episodes of my podcast, and had some epic guests on the show, but my content has been slacking lately without the right person by my side. I'm getting antsy!

I'm willing to pay well, but this job is a bet on the future of building the podcasts and media company into something special. I basically need somebody with the right media skills, but also a founder & entrepreneurial mindset.
