🍸Tikka Martini: spiced tomato water, gin, dry vermouth, curry leaf oil

🥔Pani Puri: Puffed Puri bites of charred potatoes garnished with onions, cilantro and topped off with a combination of chutneys, served with flavored pani of the day (Teekha)

🐟Pan Seared Meen Fry: Fish of the day (Swordfish) marinated with Kerala spices and pan seared to perfection

🦪Tandoori Oysters: ½ dozen baked oysters infused with tandoori spiced butter
