Before I took these pics, I had a mindfulness moment as I prepared to go to another love one’s home going celebration. In my stillness I found myself feeling an overwhelming sense of emotions and energy. Grief, sadness, anger, fear, anxieties, overthinking, negative self talk, unworthiness, so much more…

I needed to LET IT ALL GO and pray all in need would too.. I had a good cry for myself all of the souls/energies going through some things including ourselves as a unit.. Major S/O to ivyenergeticstudio your amazing care and teachings. Check their amazing team out if you’re in the Charleston, SC area..😊

I danced and vibed to Big Sean “On Up”. I was winding and getting down💆🏾‍♀️💃🏾Highly suggest you check that song out. 🙌🏾The tears flowed, Fred came and went (he is my PERSON), I danced and cried some more and it felt sooo good.
This is why I am still able to smile in the midst of the storm… I know it’s just passing through..
So much love, light and support to all those feeling a serious void, and going after soul level fulfillment!!! ✨💖

I was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes but I felt the need to get some ME TIME in.💆🏾‍♀️

Me: Takes extra long shower with essential oils and music 20 min✅

Then dance like it’s 2002, Skaters World, 106 & Park, Father English Party’s!! Alexa play Chris Brown radio: DJ Drama Wishing Remix with Fab and Chris , Wiz Kid Essence, Chris Brown WE and Pitch Black. (I would show ya’ll my moves but I cantttt😂) 17 min exercise!!✅

Then a few affirmations and loving on my body before I get ready, oil myself up with Lavish Beauty Baskets lavishbeautybaskets!!!! Bombb!! We all use it for everything! Get you some!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾

Then I slippeed on a sun dress and made this posts😂😂😂😂. Best part everyone understood and no one complained!🥰😊♥️

7 years ago to date!😌 I remember this day and baby shower☺️☺️
We showed the kids the pic and the date. At first they were saying: “ooooh ya look exactly the same!!” “What 7 years!!???” “Soo cute!!!”
That quickly took a turn to “oooo well your goatee is lopsided!” “Mom you are actually way older now!😆” Let me look at it again!😩🧐

We know we look good!🤣🤣 cause these kids will hurt your feelings with no care😎🤣

Growing up, we couldn’t voice our opinions we were treated like little soldiers. Now, we have children who want to have adult voices, and we’re learning to treat them with respect. It’s tough because, back in the day, any sign of a strong opinion was shut down fast, and we don’t wanna silence there voices like ours was. It’s a mental tug of war, but we’re trying our best to navigate it with patience and understanding. ❤️ 🤎🖤 new episode out now‼️ tune in❗️🎧
