Jessica is heading home after a FULL day of training AND two days of coaching through 5 campuses for New Castle County Head Start, Inc.

Thank you to Jessica Shields Flowers for joining us in Vero Beach to lead our Conscious Discipline® Immersion Program for local early educators.

Through this initiative, Jessica has guided teachers through practical, relationship-based strategies that strengthen classroom management, build positive connections, and create calmer, more responsive learning environments. Educators who participated in this workshop represented SDIRC’s Prekindergarten Program, Head Start, Roseland Christian Preschool, Community Preschool, Bridges Early Learning Center and Green Family Day Care Home.

Jessica started her eighth year of coaching through 8 Early Childhood Centers over 2 days in Vero Beach, Florida thanks to the vision of Childcare Resources of Indian River! It was great 2 hour round table discussion regarding Conscious Discipline® for the wrap up.
