Haven’t posted about my actress/model life in a while because I just keep going with life, so here goes!

Might as well spit it out since 50leven thousand of y’all keep asking me if I’m on a commercial! Funny thing is y’all usually see me on TV first because I don’t watch TV. 🤣

Question: What were the last three projects you worked on?

1. The HBO Series, “The Righteous Gemstones” - They had the best crafty ever! Food was banging! Great, fun crew and fellow actors on set!
2. George Sink PA Injury Lawyers Commercial - This was the fastest filmed commercial I’ve been a part of in a while! Pretty fun!
3. Morelli Heating & Air Commercial - When is the last time I stepped out looking that corporate? Beats me! 🤣 Such a fun and professional crew!

Confessions:
1. I didn’t have a full face of makeup on for one of these, but everyone kept saying “you look great! Let’s go shoot!” It still worked well on camera, so that’s that good, good skin! I drink my water now! That’s my favorite drink. They don’t call me the “queen of water” for nothing! 🤣
2. Every time I report to holding, wardrobe, hair, and makeup be like… “You look great!” so they don’t usually change anything about except they may suggest I switch to another pair of shoes or maybe jewelry. I don’t have to grab a whole new outfit. I guess they think my own wardrobe is cool enough! And I always bring like my whole closet, but they’re usually fine with what I have on to match the character! 🤣

Not Dom throwing up the peace sign instead of his Que sign to match my SGRho sign! I gots to be more specific because it was a Greek pic man! (Guess that’s a play on Greeks on set!) 🤣

Happy Father’s Day!!! Come out to EC Youth’s Father’s Day Grill & Games today at 6 PM!

-This event is for everyone to attend, so bring your family and friends for a Father's Day celebration with good grilled food, learning about money and entrepreneurship, giveaways, and a whole lot of fun! You are welcome to bring your lawn chairs, remote control cars, jump ropes, and games!

Thursday, June 12, 2025 - EC Youth ADULT Kick-Off!
-Adults are invited to attend this orientation to learn about financial literacy programs! The organization has been educating youth for years! Why not teach their parents and other adults in our community financial literacy, a much-needed life skill?!

We hope Mother’s Day was wonderful for the ladies with nurturing souls who provide so much loving goodness to children near and far! 💜The 2025 Choir Showcase Weekend was in full effect with the Pastors & Leaders Luncheon on Friday, where National Recording Gospel Artist Bishop Paul S. Morton sang it up and preached about God doing a new thing, and of course, the Choir Showcase on Mother’s Day, where eight local choirs, three all new artistry series artists, Mike B., AC Riley, and Deya Smith, and National Recording Gospel Artist Todd Dulaney all provided phenomenal ministry moments through song!!! Krystal Klear Productions was in the building doing onstage production for yet another year! Forgot to get the usual yearly pictures with the greats who I get a chance to direct, Radio Personalities Tony Jamison (“Tony J. aka “The Voice of God”) and Gentry Via (“Papa G.”), 🥹 but we had fun while working as always!There’s nothing like the Ultimate Krystal Klear Experience! With plenty of great Gospel singing by local and national artists, food and craft vendors, my Krystal Klear Kids Zone I was blessed to provide again this year, and more, we had such a fun time in the sun and cooling in the breeze at Project LOVE-Charleston’s Gospel Fest 2025 yesterday!

The Black History Soul Meet & Eat is almost here!

Akua Page, also known as the Geechee Goddess Akua, is an author, foster care advocate, Gullah Geechee storyteller, educator, tour guide, founder of Geechee Influence, and owner of Futnuss: Geechee Juice Bar. She uses various social platforms to educate people, especially younger generations, about the Gullah Geechee culture and African American history. She is the author of Gullah Geechee Adventures: Hoodoo Magick Book 1 and other e-books centered on the Gullah history and culture.

One of Akua’s aims is to make sure the legacy of the Gullah Geechee language, history, traditions, and culture never dies.

Antwonn Gathers is a visual artist who specializes in acrylic painting and Prismacolor portraits of athletes. He is also an award-winning celebrity barber with more than 25 years of experience, CEO of The Artistry of Barbering, which is the first combined art gallery and barbershop in the Charleston area that incorporates barbering and visual art. Antwonn is a barber instructor at Top of the Line Barber College, founder, director, and CEO of the Carolina Classic Hair & Fashion Show, and mentors young boys on barbering and entrepreneurship.

Using his colorful artistry techniques, Antwonn will develop a live visual art creation as a featured artist this year!
