Spring is here, and what better way to celebrate than with the colors and memories of Brooke and Alex’s full film

We’re in heaven with this wedding! Brooke and Alex are the sweetest together - the respect and love they have for each other, and how they care and look out so much for each other was so beautiful to see. This wedding film is unique in that they weren’t allowed to have video cameras at the rehearsal dinner, but we are always up for a creative challenge! With the audio we were able to get, we were able to pull in the stories from their friends and family to give more depth to their love story through the words of those that love them. And so glad we found a way, hearing how these two so beautifully affect those around them and painting the picture of who they are as individuals and a couple. As one of their good friends put it, they really do know what matters in life…”good friends, good family, good food, good living”…and their wedding was one more example of that in action.

We absolutely loved their personal styles, and the deep lush colors they decided on, with all the decor and design landing with such style thanks to @‌christinabaxterweddings. Oh and the flowers! The bougainvillea, the depth of textures and colors, it was so perfectly done by . The floral centerpiece above the dance floor added a touch of drama to an already stellar dance party, with the band bringing so much energy to an already fired up crowd as they celebrated Brooke and Alex to the maximum!

We wish these two more heavenly days to come in their new chapter together!

“What do a doctor and a dancer have in common?” For Janelle and Nathaniel, quite a bit!...a love of cats, passion for dance, and the way they treat each other, their family and friends. We loved their theme of warmth, Janelle promising “to steal your body heat when I’m cold”…and Nathaniel’s response that he’s in fact the one marrying Janelle for her warmth as a person, and you see their warmth shine onto all those around them.

With the built-in style of Nathaniel’s parents’ home, the design for the wedding was masterfully executed by @‌christinabaxterweddings, with a truly unique color palette, and an effortless flow to the entire day, using the unique parts of the property to create an unforgettable evening. In particular, the candle-lit walk to the dramatic reception tent was spectacular, while the home was transformed into a truly unique venue.

The wedding weekend had plenty of sweet moments for reflection. Janelle’s friend had a perfect moment when she marveled at how something as simple as a walk in a park, or walking into a dance studio, can change the course of someone’s life. That feeling of gratitude and amazement was felt throughout the weekend, as Nathaniel’s parents talked about exchanging high-fives after meeting Janelle and the guests fully immersed in the celebrations, traditions, music, and dancing. It was clear that this was “a match made in heaven”, a dream relationship Janelle somehow manifested all those years back. So here’s to celebrating all of life’s unexpected, magical journeys that bring us exactly what we need, when we’re ready for it. Cheers!

Life in Happy Hues 🎨

Sara and Reilly's wedding at the Thomas Bennett House was a vibrant, elegant celebration of love. From the joyful energy these two share to the bold, beautiful colors and exquisite design, it was a day that truly reflected their happiness.
