HONEY BASIL SOUR

1½ oz / 45 ml V.S.O.P Cognac
½ oz / 15 ml Basil Syrup
¾ oz/ 20 ml Honey Liqueur
1 oz / 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg white
Basil Leaf (Garnish)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice. Reverse dry shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Wait for foam to settle then garnish with a basil leaf.

FINALLY made my way to the best Filipino restaurant in town 🇵🇭

Together with my homie - I finally got to eat and drink over at . If you recall, I did a pop up with them and .orlando during this past year for a traditional Kamayan. What I didn’t tell you is that Chef and the team at Kultura are finalists so obviously everything we ate and drank tonight was amazing.

If you’re ever in CHS I highly suggest going. My favorite was the arroz caldo - it’s a dish that was the most nostalgic to me. Really cool news is that they’ll be moving to a new space in the coming weeks and I can’t wait to see what they do in a bigger space (with a liquor license)!

WISCONSIN NEGRONI

1 oz | 30 ml Olive oil–washed gin,
1 oz | 30 ml Campari
1 oz | 30 ml Sweet vermouth
3 Orange Wedges
3 Maraschino Cherries

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass and muddle. Add crushed ice and stir. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange wedge.

1½ oz | 45 ml Bourbon
1½ oz | 15 ml Orange Liqueur
1 Tbsp Raw Sugar
1 Whole Chopped Strawberry
3 Lemon Wedges or ¾ oz Lemon Juice
4 Dashes Aromatic bitters
Mint Sprig

Instructions: Combine ingredients in a Mason jar. Cap and refrigerate until ready to serve. When thirsty, add ice, cap, and shake hard. Remove cap, top with more ice and serve with a sprig of mint or a garnish of your choice.

1½ oz | 45 ml Tequila
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Aperol
½ oz | 15 ml Agave Nectar
¼ oz | 7.5 ml Olive Brine
2 Dashes Habanero Tincture
Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge + Habanero


Instructions: Shake, pour over crushed ice. Garnish with grapefruit wedge + habeñero.

1½ oz | 45 ml Reposado Tequila
½ oz | 15 ml Pineapple-infused Campari
1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Agave Nectar
½ oz | 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
4 Drops Tiki 500
Pinch of Smoked salt

Instructions: Combine ingredients except pineapple-infused Aperol (aka PineAperol) and salt with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain, pour into a glass of your choice with a large ice cube. Top with the PineAperol + smoked salt. Serve and enjoy.

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a shaking tin with ice. Shake for 5 seconds. Double strain and pour into any glass over crushed ice. Top with Gosling’s Ginger Beer. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and basil sprig. Serve and enjoy.

¾ oz | 22.5 ml Vanilla Simple Syrup
4 Drops Lavender Bitters
Soda Water
Lemon Twist
Dehydrated Lemon Wheels (Optional/Garnish)
Fresh Lavender (Optional/Garnish)

Instructions: Add ice to a Collins or highball glass and pour tequila, dry vermouth, syrup and bitters and stir until incorporated. Pour soda water over the ice and lightly stir again. Express a lemon twist and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheels and fresh lavender. Cheers and enjoy!

1½ oz | 45 ml Rhum Agricole
½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Cacao
1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Espresso
1 Barspoon Orange Liqueur
1 Dash Saline or 1 Pinch sea salt

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with dehydrated orange and shaved chocolate.
