BRÛLÉED CAIPIRINHA

2 oz | 60 ml Cachaça
½ oz | 15 ml (cut into quarters)
2 tsp Fine Sugar
Sugared Lime Wedge
(Garnish))

Instructions: Muddle lime wedges and sugar to release the oils and juice from the lime wedges. Then add Cachaça (or a cane sugar rum if you can’t find it). [Stir or] Shake then dirty dump into a rocks glass.
[Optional] Garnish with sugared lime wedge and brûlée the sugar.
