Take a Negroni template and add banana liqueur and black walnut bitters. The Amontillado Sherry brings almond-forward richness, Campari stays bitter, and gin keeps it structured. Bruleed banana on top is the proof this works.
American whiskey, Campari, banana liqueur, and an absinthe rinse. Smoked salt on a bruleed salted banana takes this from clever to essential. It’s savory, smoky, and dangerously good.
Banana-cue oleo brings something you’ve never seen in a cocktail before. Rum, banana liqueur, Angostura bitters, saline for salinity. Garnished with a hot banana-cue and banana leaf. This is textural and unexpected.
The Tiki Old Fashioned bridges traditional and tropical. Rum base, Stiggins pineapple, Banane du Bresil, and that tiki 500 bitters add complexity. It’s herbaceous, fruity, and designed for sipping, not rushing.
This is what happens when you upgrade a Boulevardier with banana. 100 proof bourbon brings backbone, Campari stays sharp, and banana liqueur with Amontillado Sherry creates caramelized sweetness. The bruleed garnish finishes it.
Irish whisky meets Crème de Banane in this one. White pepper bitters bring sharpness, yellow Chartreuse adds herbal depth, and a bruleed banana garnish ties it all together. This is a sophisticated spin on a classic that actually works.
