Catching up on recent fits + weekly photodump 👋🏽

Since I missed last week, here’s a quick recap on life. We spent the past week in my hometown, Orlando for Thanksgiving and did the most Florida-man thing I could think of and headed to Gatorland, a place I haven’t been to in probably like 20 years 👴🏾

Since getting back, we decorated the home bar and I’ve been heads down and knee deep in recipe development for the holidays. I can’t wait to show y’all what I have in store, keep out for new recipes dropping this week. Thanks again for your support y’all 🫶🏽

1½ oz | 45 ml Glendalough Irish Whiskey
½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Cacao
½ oz | 15 ml Fernet Mente
½ oz | 15 ml Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Heavy Cream
1 Pinch Smoked Salt
Mint leaf (Garnish)
Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except the garnish in a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg (optional) and a mint leaf.

ROSEMARY OLD FASHIONED

2½ oz | 75 ml Bourbon Whiskey
½ oz | 15 ml Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup (see below)︎
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Maraschino Cherry + Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

Instructions: Add all ingredients (except garnish) into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a cherry skewered with a rosemary sprig. Serve and enjoy!

Syrup Recipe: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of water with 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 rosemary sprigs and 1 medium navel orange peels. Bring to a simmer then add 1 cup of Demerara sugar. Stir until dissolved, strain into a sanitized bottle.

¾ oz | 22.5 ml Passionfruit Liqueur
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Orgeat
½ oz | 15 ml Lime Juice
Sichuan Chili Oil (to taste)
Dehydrated Lime Wheel (optional)

Instructions: Combine Laphroaig, passionfruit, orgeat, lime and bitters in a shaking tin with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Add drops of Sichuan chili oil to your desired spiciness. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1 oz | 30 ml Pineapple Juice
1 oz | 30 ml Cynar
Pineapple Frond (garnish)
Dehydrated Lime Wheel (garnish)
2-3 Sprigs Mint (garnish)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except garnish and Cynar into a shaking tin with ice. In a rocks glass, add 1oz of Cynar and crushed or pebble ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish. Serve and enjoy!

2 oz | 60 ml Spiced Rum
1½ oz | 45 ml Sweet Tea Syrup
½ oz | 15 ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Filling
Sparkling Apple Cider
Sliced Apples (for garnish)
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Orange (zest)

Instructions: Combine the spiced rum, pumpkin pie filling, syrup and lemon juice in a shaking tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a wine glass over ice. Top with sparkling apple cider. Garnish with sliced apples and fresh grated cinnamon. Finish with expressed orange peel.

Instructions: In a rocks or wine glass, add ice, then soda water + Prosecco. Add Select, syrup then stir gently. Garnish then serve and enjoy!

½ oz | 15 ml Maple Syrup
½ oz | 15 ml Biscotti Liqueur
½ oz | 15 ml Heavy Cream
1 Dash Saline
Cinnamon Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick

__

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour and strain over a large ice cube. Top with cinnamon sugar. Garnish with said cinnamon stick.
