On June 14th, I had the honor of filming a truly unforgettable wedding at Caps on the Water in Saint Augustine, FL. Theresa and LaVale’s love story is one of faith, prayer, and destiny.
For years, Theresa dreamed of a man in a blue suit—never knowing who he was, only that he would one day appear. When LaVale knocked on her door, wearing that very suit, everything fell into place. What began with daily conversations soon grew into a love rooted in trust, prayer, and the beautiful reminder that it’s never too late to find your forever.
Here’s a glimpse of their wedding day—a celebration of answered prayers and new beginnings. 💙

💍 Introducing: Wedding Planning Tips 💍
Planning a wedding is exciting, but for most couples it’s also the first time ever working with so many vendors and making so many decisions. It can feel overwhelming — and that’s exactly why I’m starting this new series of Wedding Planning Tips ✨
Each post will share simple, practical advice to help you feel confident, stay organized, and find the perfect vendors for your day.
✨ Tip #1: Be mindful about how many vendors you contact at once.�It’s natural to reach out to a long list of vendors in the beginning, but sending too many inquiries at the same time can quickly become overwhelming for you and for them. Couples often lose track of who they contacted, and communication can get confusing.
Instead, focus on your top 3–4 choices in each category. Keep simple notes, be honest about your budget, and always follow up — even if it’s just to say “thank you” or “we’ve chosen another direction.” It shows respect and keeps relationships positive. 💛

What a weekend! 🎉
Had an amazing time at The Modern Bridal Expo Charleston held at the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor.

A big thank you to Angela Snyder of Southern Event Productions for hosting such a well-organized event for both vendors and couples. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with so many engaged couples and showcase what makes wedding days unforgettable on film.

Also grateful to Tassia Davis of Beautiful Bride Events and Andrea Danielle of Peur Blendz for sharing their insights and experience—great to connect with such passionate professionals in the wedding industry!

From stunning bridal fashion and décor to delicious cake tastings and expert advice, this event truly had it all. Excited for the love stories ahead 💍

An incredible event supporting cancer survivors and bringing the community together through strength, celebration, and spirit. Grateful to be a part of such a meaningful day 💜🚣‍♀️
