The BLUE ROOM Magazine was created in the Fall of 2013 by Eastern Illinois University art students. The magazine showcases student art, provides artistic resources, and connects Charleston and the students of Eastern Illinois University with the local Art community. Operating within the Doudna Fine Arts Center, Blue Room Magazine has the privilege to make use of the expansive resources in the Art

Department. The magazine offers real experience to any student willing to learn. Involved in each step of the creation of the issue (except the printing of the pages), Blue Room offers a unique opportunity for students to see each and every part of the process.
