It’s almost October, which means spooky season is here! My two love to go out and look at 🎃👻 “spookies” 👻🎃 this time of year. I must say, Charleston definitely goes all out for Halloween! Here are a few great neighborhoods that you need to check out 🦇 If you know of a good one that I don’t have listed, but sure to share it in the comments. Also, out of respect to those homeowners/their neighbors, I won’t publicly be sharing exact addresses unless I know the homeowner is ok with it. Also just a note, all these clips were taken previous years, so I can’t say for sure everything will be the same for this year, but always fun to get out into a new neighborhood and explore and who knows what you might find!
☠️ The Old Village in Mt P has the awesome Skelly Show! Also just a general ride around the Old Village you’ll see some great houses!
🎃 Carolina Bay in West Ashley is a neighborhood that truly gets in the Halloween spirit.
👻 Back in Mt Pleasant in the Ivy Hall subdivision is Mount Unpleasant. Enter the neighborhood at Hwy 17 and Lexington Dr and then turn left onto Morningdale Dr to see this house that goes all out. A little further north on Hwy 17 in Park West last year there was an amazing house covered in 💀 on W Canning Dr. Park West and Carolina Park are two great neighborhoods to drive around In Carolina Park definitely check out Bourne Crossing and Timmons St as two streets with some great houses. In Dunes West Tall Grass Circle also has a house known for going all out.
🎃 The famous Daniel Island house on Park Crossing is of course a great stop as well! I’ve heard it will be all up by mid October
👻 Up in Summerville and Summers Corner is Brandy and Mike OHea and Nifty House Of Lights
