A great evening with great company. Last night, we gathered with friends of Fig Magazine and Hamilton to celebrate the arrival of Hamilton Watches’ traveling pop-up in Charleston. Guests enjoyed light bites, cocktails, and an up-close look at the craftsmanship behind a brand that has been blending American heritage and Swiss precision since 1892.

This weekend, visit the pop-up!

At Pitt Street Pharmacy in Old Village, the counter still carries the feel of a true neighborhood staple.

It is part pharmacy, part soda fountain, part lunch counter that never lost its rhythm. You can pick up a prescription, then stay for a burger hot off the grill or a Wholly Cow cone cold enough to slow the afternoon down. Fries come out crisp and unpretentious, breakfast sandwiches taste like routine in the best sense, and glass bottles of soda clink onto the counter like they always have.

At Slightly North of Broad, everything feels familiar even if it is your first time.

Lowcountry classics, warm light, and a room that moves at its own unhurried pace.

You sit down, things arrive, and suddenly there is no reason to be anywhere else.

This Memorial Day, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and legacy of those who served.

Standing quietly in Charleston Harbor, the USS Yorktown remains a powerful reminder that freedom carries a cost and that remembrance matters. 🇺🇸
