If you’ve been craving the courage to show up differently, this is that nudge.

Last week on IG Live, Tiffany and I talked about permission to be visible and
what it really takes to stop shrinking, stop hiding, and start showing up as yourself.

And so many of you said: “I needed this.”

So we created something together.

Show Up & Shine - A 7‑Day Challenge designed to help you build confidence from the inside out and express it through your style.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about finally showing up as who you already are, with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

Over 7 days, you’ll:
- Build real confidence (not performative confidence)
- Learn how your style can support your visibility
- Practice showing up without waiting to feel “ready”
- Stop shrinking and start shining, in real life, not just online

📅 January 12–18, 2026

DM either of us the word “SHINE” and we’ll send you the link to join.

If the live conversation spoke to you… this is your next step.

We’d love to do this with you.

If you’ve ever felt “not enough,” listen to this.
Not pretty enough.
Not successful enough.
Not lovable enough.
Not accomplished enough.
None of that came from you, it came from moments, relationships, and experiences that taught you to shrink.
But you’re not shrinking anymore.

🎧 Note 20 is live: Why You Don’t Feel Like Enough — And How to Change It.

Today, we rewrite your story.

“Are you still single?”
“When are you planning on having kids?”
“Have you gained weight?”
“Have you lost weight?”
“Why do you look so tired?”

We all know that family or social gatherings can activate insecurities you thought you’d outgrown.

Your friends and family’s outdated version of you clashes with who you’re becoming.

Because their outdated version of you clashes with who you’re becoming.

Even though, you’re showing up as the new you… their evasive questions cause your nervous system to remember the days you were quiet, unsure, or shrinking yourself to make everyone else comfortable.

Let’s fix that.

Your confidence toolkit for ANY room you walk into:
- A grounding script: “I belong here. I’m allowed to take up space.”
- A boundary script: “That’s not a conversation I’m available for.”
- A visibility shift: Walk in with your shoulders back + your voice ready, even if it shakes.
- A mindset reframe: Someone else’s opinion doesn’t get to decide who you are today.

Here’s where Tiffany comes in, because how you choose to present yourself externally can support the internal work you’re doing.

When your outfit aligns with your energy, your confidence gets a boost before you even say a word.

We’re building deeper into this next week… because something BIG is coming for the women ready to stop hiding and start showing up fully.

And don’t forget to tune into our Instagram Live tomorrow at 6:30 pm CST/7:30 pm EST where we’re showing you how to stop hiding and start showing up.

Social gatherings are low-key a confidence boot camp.

Small talk with strangers? ✅
Random questions about your life choices? ✅
Trying not to compare yourself to every woman in the room? ✅✅

So here’s your real-life, bestie-approved toolkit for surviving and thriving:

Before you go:
• Remind yourself: you’re not performing, you’re just showing up as you.
• Have 2–3 questions ready to ask others, takes the pressure off feeling “on.”
• Set a realistic goal like “I’ll stay 45 minutes,” not “I must be the life of the party.”

While you’re there:
• When comparison pops up, don’t grab it. Let it walk right past you.
• Shift focus from “How do I look?” to “I wonder what she’s about?”
• Take a bathroom break if you need to breathe and reset; that’s emotional regulation.

After you leave:
• Celebrate the fact that you showed up. That alone is confidence work.
• Don’t replay every conversation hunting for mistakes, you’re not on trial.

The confidence isn’t in being perfect…
it’s in being present.

And don’t forget is coming in hot on tomorrow with the style side of this whole equation, because yes… what you wear absolutely affects how you show up.

We’re breaking ALL of this down together inside Inside Out Confidence —
✨ Live Tuesday, December 16 ✨
Come hang with us and learn how confidence + style work together to help you show up like the woman you want to be.

And make sure you’re following us both and for the full survival kit.

Sometimes a man doesn’t realize what he had… until the woman he took for granted finally chooses herself.

I shared the full story in Note 19, but here’s the truth I wish someone told me sooner:

You can love someone deeply and still walk away.
You can care about someone and still choose your peace.

You can miss the good moments and still refuse to settle for the bad ones.

The man I used to love resurfaced with apologies, clarity, and regret…
but the woman he’s apologizing to isn’t the woman he left behind.

I grew.
I healed.
I outgrew the version of me who accepted the bare minimum.

If you’re in that place where someone can’t see your worth, don’t shrink.
Don’t settle.
Don’t negotiate your value.

You’re allowed to walk away.
You’re allowed to require more.
You’re allowed to want love that actually loves you back.

Your comfort zone might be cute… but sis, it’s also keeping you stuck.

Real confidence?
She shows up when you’re uncomfortable:

- Having the conversation you’ve been avoiding
- Setting the boundary you know someone won’t like
- Asking for what you actually want (even if your voice shakes)

Growth doesn’t yell, it whispers:
‘Do it scared.’

But here’s where it gets good…
is about to come in tomorrow with a different angle. Because yes, your emotional comfort zone needs to stretch, but your physical comfort? What you wear?

Oh that matters. A LOT.

Different kinds of comfort serve different purposes.
Stick with us.

You need both the inner work and the outer expression.

I’m spilling the tea this week and you don’t wanna miss it
This week’s Notes to Her episodes touch on chapters I had to live through to become the woman I am today:

💔 The moment someone I loved couldn’t see my worth — and how I learned to see it myself
😮‍💨 The season where I overthought everything because I didn’t trust my own voice
😩 The rock-bottom moment that forced me to rebuild my confidence from the inside out
🧠 The mindset shifts that helped me rise again, stronger and clearer

If you’re entering the week feeling unseen, unsupported, or second-guessing yourself… these episodes will help you breathe again.

Your story is evolving.
Your power is returning.
And you deserve to walk into this week with your head held high.

🎧 Go listen to Notes 17–19
Then come back and tell me which message you needed the most.

Sometimes the real flex…
is who you are when nobody’s watching.

Because confidence that only shows up when there’s an audience?

That’s not confidence, that’s performing.

The real kind looks like this:
You hype yourself up without needing validation
You stay grounded even when someone has an opinion
You choose YOU, even when no one will see it or applaud it

That’s how you know your confidence isn’t borrowed, it’s built.

And tomorrow, Tiffany () is jumping in with something important:

Your confidence shouldn’t depend on external approval…but there IS power in approving of how YOU show up.

Different conversation. Same truth.

Follow both of us; you really do need the inside and the outside.

There’s a version of you on the other side of this setback who is stronger, wiser, and more grounded than you’ve ever been.

But when you’re in the fall? Whew. It’s hard to see her.

I’ve lost my job twice.
The first time, it broke me.
The second time, it built me.

Not because it was easier…but because I was different.

I had done the mindset work.
I had separated my worth from my titles.
I stopped letting rejection rewrite the story I believed about myself.

And that’s what Note 11 is for:
for the woman who’s staring at what she lost… and forgetting who she still is.

If you need a reminder of your resilience, your strength, and your ability to rise again, please listen to this one.

It’s real. It’s raw. It’s from my heart.

I hate to break it to you, but imposter syndrome doesn’t care what you’re wearing.

You can look put together head to toe and still feel like you don’t belong.

You can show up in the “power outfit” and still be questioning if you’re enough.

Because confidence doesn’t start in your closet.
It starts in your mind.

The real work looks like:
💭 Reminding yourself you EARNED that seat at the table
🧠 Separating facts from feelings
💬 Talking back to that voice that says, “Who do you think you are?”

But don’t get it twisted, is gonna talk about this tomorrow because sometimes, the right outfit really does help you feel what you’re already becoming.

It’s not about pretending. We don’t do that over here.
It’s about reinforcing who you already are.

You belong here. Outfit or not.

You ever been mid-conversation or in a meeting… and suddenly your brain just blanks?

Your heart’s racing, your throat’s dry, and all you can think is, “Please don’t let me say something dumb.”

Yeah. Been there.

The old me would’ve panicked, rushed to fill the silence, apologized, started talking too fast just to prove I belonged in the room.

But this time, I didn’t.
I paused. I breathed. I grounded myself.

And that tiny pause changed everything.

Because here’s what I want you need to know:

Confidence isn’t how fast you speak, it’s how grounded you stay while you find your words.

Power doesn’t come from rushing, it comes from presence.

So the next time you feel your confidence slipping, hold that pause.

That’s where your strength lives.
