5 Years. 1,825 Days. One Incredible Journey.

​I recently read a statistic that stopped me in my tracks: 87% of people in this industry don't make it to the 5-year mark. To be honest, I get why. This business can be exhausting, unpredictable, and sometimes just plain heavy. There were definitely days during these last five years when I wasn't sure if I’d be part of the 13% that stayed.

​Over the last 5 years, I’ve been honored to be part of the million dollar club as a solo agent and receive many 5.0-star ratings on Google. While the accolades are a wonderful reminder of the hard work, they aren't the reason I’m still standing.

​I didn't get here because of a "system" or a "hack." I got here because of trust.

​To my clients: You trusted me with your homes, your transitions, and your futures. That’s a responsibility I never take lightly, and your belief in me is the reason I still love what I do.

​To my Friends & Family: Thank you for being my sounding board, my cheering section, and for understanding when I had to take "just one more call" during dinner.

The Postal Service is adding section 608.11, "Postmarks and Postal Possession," to the Domestic Mail Manual (DMM). This new section defines postmarks, identifies the types of Postal Service markings that qualify as postmarks, and describes the circumstances under which those markings are applied....
