Join The Collective – A Movement for Women, By Women

Were you inspired by our first event? Do you believe in the power of women coming together to build, support, and lead change? Now’s your chance to be part of the magic — The Collective is looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized Project Coordinator to join our board!

What You’ll Do:
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of The Collective. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping plan, coordinate, and manage upcoming events
Supporting collaboration across board members and volunteers
Tracking deadlines, goals, and project milestones
Ensuring smooth communication and ex*****on behind the scenes
Bringing fresh ideas and motivation to help us grow!
This is a volunteer position, perfect for someone who’s ready to make a meaningful impact in a women-led startup environment.

Vaishali is a clinical pharmacist and mom of two boys, while Nisha is a business analyst in the tech world and dog mom to Kobe. Together, they are the co-founders of Mani Jewelry — a heartfelt tribute to their grandmothers, both lovingly called Mani.

Though Vaishali and Nisha had different Nanis, the bond they shared with them was strikingly similar — both grandmothers had a deep love for jewelry and left behind a legacy of grace and tradition. Meet Manasee Gokhale, although she holds a masters degree in economics and spent her early career years as an economics lecturer in a reputed college in India, there was something more written in her destiny.
She stumbled upon art, and calls herself
a circumstantial artist whose creative journey began not by design, but through life’s unexpected turns. Entirely self-taught, her art is a reflection of resilience, introspection, and a deep connection to the present moment.

Alongside her artistic path, she is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, sharing the wisdom of these practices for over a decade. With a heart grounded in authenticity, her purpose is to shed light on the lesser-known aspects of yoga—those often overlooked in the West.

To her, yoga is not merely about movement or flexibility. It is a way of being. A way of seeing. A lived experience.

She hopes to inspire others to explore yoga beyond the mat—to embody the principles they practice, and to practice what they seek to embody. Through both her art and her teachings, she invites us to live yoga, not just do it.
