We’re incredibly proud to share our very first partnership between Dental Entrepreneur Woman and The Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting.

This March, together with Hinman, we’re honored to present Celebrating Women in Dentistry: Together We Rise—a meaningful morning dedicated to the women shaping the future of our profession.

The program will feature the documentary Women Shaping Dentistry Tomorrow, produced by Studio Eighty Eight and directed by Joanna Scott, followed by a powerful panel conversation hosted by Dr. Jane Puskas, Hinman’s first female General Chairman, alongside incredible leaders including Dr. Sharon Parsons and Dr. Sonia Chopra.

This session is about reflection and momentum, where we’ve been, how far we’ve come, and the responsibility we share to keep creating space for women to lead with vision, authenticity, and heart.

Reliving the 2025 Dental Entrepreneur Woman Retreat, the laughter, the hugs, the conversations, and the quiet moments in between, reminded us why we do this. Why we keep showing up.

This retreat welcomed the most DeWbies we’ve ever had. It required a new venue, new logistics, and more flexibility than we could have imagined. It wasn’t perfect, not at all, but it was special. And it was exactly what it was meant to be.

To the incredibly talented Kyra Rahn of Keyreel Productions, thank you for capturing the heart of this experience so beautifully.

To every woman who trusted us, who showed up fully, who shared space with us for three days, thank you. We know this community is made up of strong, thoughtful women with high expectations (as it should be). Our hope is that you felt the care, intention, and love behind every detail.

We won’t always get everything right. But we lead with heart, we listen, and we keep learning. And we’re deeply grateful for a community that allows us to do that together.
