Pastor Appreciation Month 💕if God has blessed you with a good pastor, Shout them out! Speak words of encouragement. Pray for them. Bless them. Celebrate them! Let them know their faithful service makes a difference.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15 KJV

Behind every faithful pastor is a heart that carries the weight of a divine assignment. Pastoring is more than preaching a sermon; it is nurturing, teaching, praying, watching over, protecting, equipping, and empowering God’s people to grow in Christ and live the life He has made available for them.

I understand that the weight and responsibility of this calling cannot always be understood by those who have never carried it. It is not a position to take lightly, nor one to pursue for recognition, status, or personal gain. It is a sacred responsibility that must be embraced because God has called and is leading you.

Pastors, I encourage us to continually remain before God, humble, teachable, prayerful, and yielded to His leading—so we can remain usable vessels in His hands to care for His sheep.

To every pastor faithfully serving after God’s own heart, we see you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for you! Your labor, sacrifices, prayers, and tears matter.

May the Lord strengthen, refresh, and reward every faithful shepherd who is committed to caring for His sheep. ❤️🐑
